Common Questions
Can you work from a drawing, sketch, or physical sample?
Yes. Send us a print, a CAD file, a napkin sketch with dimensions, or even the worn part itself. We regularly reverse-engineer replacement parts for components that are obsolete or no longer supported.
Do you take one-off jobs, or only production runs?
Both. A single custom bracket, a small repair, or a repeat production run — the process is the same: send us what you need and we’ll quote it honestly. No job is too small to ask about.
What materials do you work with?
Most common metals, including steel, stainless, aluminum, and brass. If your job calls for something else, ask — if we can’t do it well in-house, we’ll tell you straight.
What tolerances can you hold?
It depends on the feature, material, and process — tight-tolerance work is what we do, but the honest answer comes from your print. Send the drawing and we’ll confirm exactly what’s achievable before you commit.
