Can you engrave something I bring in?
Yes — bring it in or ship it to us. We engrave customer-supplied items regularly. Just make sure the item is clean and let us know what you’re looking for.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We work best with vector files — AI, SVG, EPS, or DXF. We can also work from high-resolution PNG or JPG images for simpler designs. If you only have a rough idea or a sketch, send it anyway and we’ll work with you.
Is the engraving permanent?
Yes. Laser engraving physically removes or alters the surface material — it won’t fade, peel, or wash off. It’s a permanent mark, which is why it’s the preferred method for industrial part identification and compliance marking.
Do you do bulk or production engraving?
Yes. We handle everything from single one-off items to repeat production runs. Pricing improves at volume — contact us with your quantity and we’ll put together a quote.
Can you engrave curved or irregular surfaces?
In many cases yes — tumblers, cylindrical parts, and certain curved surfaces can be engraved with the right setup. Contact us with a description or photo and we’ll let you know what’s achievable.
